How is Feel Look Be: Strength delivered?
You will gain access to a closed and private Facebook Group where you will be able to interact with other women on the programme, Shelley and her team.Â
A lot of the content will be delivered to you via this group however, you will also have access to an online resource centre filled with resources that are going to help you on your journey to optimal health.
Who is this programme for?
Feel Look Be: Strength is designed for women only. We do have a programme designed especially for the needs of men called 'The Powered-Up Formula' you can find more information by clicking here:Â https://www.shelleybooth.co.uk/powered-up-formulaÂ
Is this suitable for vegetarians?
Feel Look Be is designed for those who eat meat. Many vegetarians have come through the programme and had great success however, you would be responsible for your own food swaps.
Is this suitable for Coeliacs?
YES! We eat good, delicious clean food so it is absolutely suitable for Coeliacs.
Can I swap meals?
We strongly advise that you stick to the meal plan as closely as possible. It has been designed to take you from a sugar burner to a fat burner. However, you are free to swap protein as you desire. For example, if the meal plan says beef, you could have chicken, turkey, pork, etc.
How much weight will I lose?
We get asked this question every month but unfortunately it's not one we can answer. Everybody's starting point is different so it depends where you are coming to us from. You might have a lot to lose or a little. You might have had a good diet previously or a bad one. You may have been active or you could have been sedentary. Without this information, we can't guarantee what result you will achieve. What we can say is that if you follow the principles laid out by Shelley, you will get results.
What kind of food do you eat?
Would you be surprised if I told you on an average day we enjoy pancakes, steak, fajitas and lots of other yummy food? Most people are!
The food we eat is all good clean food and we eat organic and non GMO where possible.Â
