Energetic, straight-talking, entertaining, and hugely inspirational, I’ve been a Corporate Senior leader, educator and Mental Health coach for 20+ years, and I’m on a mission to transform those old ways and habits that have kept you down for too long. I know I can do it because I helped the most challenging “client”…. ME!
As a busy mum and career driven woman, I understand the unique challenges we face juggling our many roles.

I had tried EVERY diet. Cabbage soup, Atkins, Paleo, Weight Watchers, Slimming world, EVERYTHING! I was miserable, I then, found my health coach Shelley Booth, I healed my relationship with food and my body. I lost weight and inches, I stopped myself through the endless cycle of binges and punishing exercise, and I became the strong and fit person that I had always wanted to be. How did I do this? I changed my mindset….Mindset Matters!!! To anyone thinking this is just another fitness programme it’s really NOT, it’s a Health & Wellness programme.
My journey is deeply personal. My beloved mum was recently diagnosed with vascular dementia, at the young age of 70, a huge reminder of the importance of brain health. I’m passionate about educating and raising awareness. By taking proactive steps to care for ourselves, we can lead healthier lives, reduce illnesses and be present for our loved ones.

This means that it may be possible to prevent or delay the onset of such diseases.
