Community & Ethos Policy
All Shelley Booth groups, programmes and communities are created as safe, secure and sacred spaces for women.
These spaces are intentionally held, protected and policed by Shelley Booth and her team to
uphold respect, confidentiality, compassion and emotional safety for all members.
They are the foundation of her work and one of the most important elements of her business.
This ethos exists to ensure that every woman feels respected, supported, empowered and safe
to show up fully — without fear of judgement, criticism, harm or exclusion.
Participation in any Shelley Booth programme or community signifies full agreement to this
policy.
Our Core Ethos
We expect every member to embody and demonstrate:
● Respect for themselves, others, Shelley Booth, the team and the community in all
interactions
● Confidentiality — what is shared within the community stays within the community
● Compassion for different experiences, backgrounds and stages of personal growth
● Emotional safety, ensuring all communication supports, rather than harms
● Personal responsibility for words, actions and behaviour
● Kindness, consideration, emotional maturity and self-awareness
● Positive, conscious communication at all times
This is an adult, intentional community. We ask members to pause, reflect and communicate
consciously at all times.
Zero Tolerance Conduct
The following behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances:
● Bullying, intimidation, harassment or aggressive behaviour
● Shaming, judgement, sarcasm or dismissive language
● Gossip, hostility or divisive conduct
● Passive-aggressive behaviour or emotional manipulation
● Undermining Shelley Booth, her team, the community, or its members
● Any behaviour that compromises emotional safety or causes harm in any form
This includes conduct within community spaces and behaviour that impacts the community
dynamic outside of them.
Boundaries & Enforcement
These spaces are actively moderated.
● Shelley Booth and her team reserve the right to remove content, comments or members
at their discretion.
● Any breach of this ethos or policy will result in immediate removal from the
community and all associated programmes.
● No warnings are guaranteed. No refunds will be issued.
This boundary is firm, respectful and in place to protect the community.
Our Shared Responsibility
This community thrives when every woman commits to:
● Upholding respect, confidentiality, compassion and emotional safety
● Protecting the sacred nature of the space
● Taking responsibility for their words, energy and actions
● Supporting growth rather than causing harm
Women do not rise by harming others.
They rise when they are supported, respected and held by a community that will not allow
harm to themselves or others.
