For this reason, all digital purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, unless the content is faulty or not as described, in line with your statutory rights.

Dundee Lifestyle Transformation Ltd, and associated affiliates accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.

11. Merchandise

Physical merchandise purchases are covered by your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and returned at your own cost.

Items received free of charge as part of a promotion are excluded.

12. Access, Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any product, programme, content, or Community where these Terms & Conditions or the Community Ethos Policy are breached.

No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
