Help with troubleshooting emails

If you are not receiving emails from Shelley Booth here are some things we suggest. 

Have you selected the box that allows us to send you emails? 
Login to your profile on www.shelleybooth.co.uk and navigate to your avatar in the top right (a small circle with either your photo in it or a silhoutte of a person). Click Settings then make sure the box that says 'Please email me about new products and promotions' is selected. Go to the bottom and hit save. After these steps have been taken, email us at [email protected] so that we know you've changed your email preferences and can resend you anything you may have missed.

Have you checked your spam folder(s)?
If you have found an email from Shelley in your spam folder please mark it as non-spam and add it to your safe senders list ASAP.

Have you checked the spelling of your email address?
This may sound obvious but so often we find that people miss a letter out when registering their email address and this is why they are not receiving things. Just have a quick check! 

If you have a Hotmail, Outlook or Live account, this guide provides a few things you can try to help ensure that our emails are delivered to you.

Check shelleybooth.co.uk isn't on your Blocked senders lists Log in to Outlook online: https://outlook.live.com Select the settings icon Settings (in the top right) to open the Quick Settings panel.


Scroll down to the bottom of the Quick Settings and choose View full settings.

Select Email, and then select Junk email.

If you see our email address ([email protected]) listed under Blocked senders, select it and then Remove The Remove icon > Save.

Check the Blocked Domains section below Blocked Senders. If you see our domain (shelleybooth.co.uk) listed there, select it and then Remove The Remove icon > Save.

Add Shelley Booth to your Safe Senders list We recommend that you add Shelley Booth  to your Safe Senders list. Email from contacts in your Safe senders list should never go to the Junk Email folder.

Log in to Outlook online: https://outlook.live.com Select the settings icon Settings (in the top right) to open the Quick Settings panel.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Quick Settings and choose View full settings.

Select Mail, and then select Junk email.

Scroll down to the Safe senders section, enter the following email address and then select Add > Save.

Report the problem to Outlook support If you've checked your blocked senders, added us to your safe senders and STILL aren't receiving emails from Shelley Booth, then this will need to be reported to Outlook's support team.
